At time of cutover we just port the lines and remove the old phones with little to no downtime.
Will our employees need training to use the new system?
We provide training for your team. The system’s pretty user-friendly, but a little extra guidance never hurts. We provide in person and/or virtual live training and provide users guides for your future reference. We provide training for the lifetime of services you have with NTI.
Is a telephone connection on a VoIP system as good as a legacy copper land line?
Yes! Advances in fiber optics and new cable internet have made internet connections as good or better than traditional phone lines.
Will my new Cloud/VoIP telephone system work if my internet goes down?
Yes! All the call handling will still be performed by the cloud system and will route accordingly. Calls can still be made or received by the users mobile app. The caller will never know your internet is out. NTI will ensure that there is failover routing setup.
