Detect
StaffAlerter provides flexible, programmable inputs to collect activity from almost any sensor, relay output, switch or alarm. Users can take immediate action through an easy-to-use web interface. It can monitor direct inputs from Personal Alert Devices (PAD), phone systems, or other alarm systems. Whether you need to monitor weather, open doors, motion sensors, IT equipment alarms, temperature, or humidity, StaffAlerter has the right input options for you.
Alert
StaffAlerter can send immediate notifications via SMS, email, or phone calls to any number of people or groups. Users can pre-record announcements, create and send text-to-speech messages instantly through the web portal, or send an ad hoc message with a single call, even without web access. StaffAlerter can also send alerts to PC and mobile device screens, manage building-wide paging, control premise audio/visual signals, manage door access, execute remote programs, and activate other alarm systems and messaging.
Respond
StaffAlerter provides controllable relay outputs to start/stop equipment, activate alarm systems, access control functions, initiate audible alarm and visual signals, reset equipment, and control any device that can be controlled via a relay. Users can create web buttons for direct control, making StaffAlerter a highly flexible system. Its distributed architecture, along with Contact Notifier, supports remote areas across any geographical region, with inputs and outputs communicating through Ethernet, Wi-Fi, or cellular service.

StaffAlerter provides three layers of command and control consisting of the following layers
Physical Layer
The StaffAlerter appliance is located on-site and is connected to wi-fi or cellular networks to process direct physical inputs from devices or people in the facility. These events activate custom rules managed by the customer, which are designed to send alerts to staff, control outputs as needed, and communicate with other StaffAlerter appliances on the network.
Web Control Layer
The custom URL portal enables customers to create and manage Web Action Keys®, which can be activated by any device accessible over the web. By using the custom URL portal, customers can efficiently oversee and deploy these Web Action Keys® to streamline their operations and improve response times.
Cloud Layer
Designed for maximum reliability, Cloud Action Keys® are user-created and controlled, allowing messages to be sent to individuals or groups even if the facility's systems are down for any reason. This ensures StaffAlerter remains operational 24/7, regardless of the facility's status. StaffAlerter combines all these functions into a single, easy-to-manage system.
